This makes for a very unique and interesting viewing experience.
– New York University is taking advantage of digital signage at both the campus and in classrooms across campus. A Digital Signage System, or DSS, is being used to display dynamic information such as semester schedules, student pictures, faculty bios, etc. The DSS can also be controlled remotely through an internet connection. Students can now access the information whenever they need it. The system is expected to be in place by the end of the academic year 2021.
– Museum of Arts & Design – The Museum of Arts & Design in Syosset, NYC is another exciting display utilizing digital technology. The exhibit is part of the Museum’s commemoration of the centennial of the department’s founding. This exhibit features a digital screens that rotate, just like a real clock, displaying the museum’s artwork. Visitors can look at different pieces and even manipulate them by using a pen or a stylus.
